Any producer, director, or film rights holder can submit their film, trailer, poster, and synopsis online through the provided link...

After submission, all content is forwarded to the rating committee for evaluation.

Once the evaluation is complete, the OTT committee shares the ratings and feedback with both the submitters and OTT platforms.

The film is then presented to OTT platforms, where they review and assess it based on their individual content requirements and strategies.

It is entirely up to the OTT platforms to decide whether they wish to acquire or release the film.

Any feedback received from OTT platforms is communicated to the submitter as soon as possible.

The film submission fee for OTT consideration is non-refundable. (Refer to the fee structure.) This fee covers the overall process, coordination, and communication between all three parties—Film Dais, OTT platforms, and the film rights holder—as well as the rating system.

If an OTT platform shows interest in acquiring or releasing the film, the next step involves formal agreements between all three parties (Film Dais, OTT platform, and the film rights holder).

Additionally, submitters have the option to choose Film Dais Digital Theatre Screening, which includes:

• A limited private screening for OTT platforms, rating committee members, and Film Dais authorities
• A public screening available through a Pay-Per-View (PPV) model

Performance reports from these screenings are shared with OTT platforms to support acquisition decisions and are also provided to the submitter.
